Position Overview
We are hiring Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers to develop power distribution, lighting, and supporting life-safety systems for buildings. Work with a multidisciplinary project team from design development through construction documents. Engineering, modeling, calculation, and coordination responsibilities will reflect your experience and the position that best matches your background.
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop power distribution and lighting designs, equipment selections, and supporting calculations.
- Prepare electrical load calculations, voltage-drop analyses, panel schedules, and single-line diagrams.
- Support fault-current and protective-device coordination studies appropriate to the project and your experience.
- Coordinate electrical requirements for mechanical and plumbing equipment and integrate lighting controls and emergency systems.
- Prepare specifications and coordinated construction documents, considering applicable electrical and energy codes.
- Participate in quality reviews, site observations, submittal reviews, and responses to construction questions.
Required Experience
- 2–10 years of relevant electrical engineering or electrical building-system design experience.
Preferred Qualifications
The following are helpful, but are not additional application requirements:
- Technical training or a degree in electrical or architectural engineering, or a related educational background.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, electrical analysis tools, or lighting-calculation software.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and relevant building, energy, and life-safety requirements.
- EIT certification or PE licensure is a plus; licensure is not an application requirement.
- Clear technical communication, analytical thinking, and effective project coordination.
