This policy describes how K Resources handles information submitted through the employer inquiry form, candidate inquiry form, optional candidate resume uploads, and optional cookies.

Information you submit

Employer inquiries may include your name, contact information, organization, title, hiring specialty, and details about open roles or hiring needs.

Candidate inquiries may include your name, contact information, current or recent role, professional specialty, message, and an optional resume. Please submit only information that is relevant to your inquiry.

How information is used

K Resources uses submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, understand employer hiring needs, and discuss potential professional opportunities with candidates.

All candidate inquiries are confidential.

Netlify form processing

This website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive and store form submissions, including optional resume files. Netlify processes submissions and standard technical request data as the website's hosting and form service provider under its own privacy practices.

Optional cookies

On kresources.net, K Resources offers optional measurement cookies through Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to evaluate site performance. These cookies are off by default. The Google tag loads only after you select Accept, and it may then set first-party cookies such as _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie. If you select Decline or have not made a choice, the tag does not load and optional cookies are not set by this website.

Google Analytics may receive information such as pages viewed, session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information. K Resources does not intentionally send form field values, resumes, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics.

K Resources records privacy-limited events for key website calls to action, email or phone contact selections, and completed employer or candidate inquiries. Event parameters use fixed labels and page paths; they do not include form values, resumes, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. A temporary browser-session marker connects a valid inquiry submission to its matching thank-you page and is removed after use or when the browser session ends.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. You can change that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Selecting Decline removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and prevents the tag from loading on future pages. Review the Cookie Policy for cookie names, purposes, default durations, and controls.

Changing or withdrawing your choice applies to future measurement on that browser. It does not remove information previously collected and aggregated while optional cookies were accepted.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in the website's tag configuration. K Resources does not add advertising events. Google may collect and process consented analytics information as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also review Google's Privacy Policy and manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Retention

Form submissions and optional resumes may be retained while K Resources responds to an inquiry, evaluates a hiring need or potential opportunity, maintains appropriate business records, or meets applicable legal obligations. Retention practices should reflect the purpose for which the information was submitted.

Analytics information is retained according to the settings maintained for the K Resources Google Analytics property and Google's applicable retention practices.

Deletion requests and questions

To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you submitted, email contact@kresources.net. K Resources will review the request and may need enough information to identify the submission. Do not send additional sensitive information by email.
